Dear CLO Concession Volunteers:

Our next show is “Miss Saigon”, starting April 30^th.

Remember…  You can sign up on-line at www.closbcvolunteer.com

Please read carefully as there are some changes. Concessions and Ushers are now signing up separately.  The new website is really easy to use – if you have any problems with it, please call me or click the “contact webmaster” link and I will do my best to correct the problem. 

1. Concession volunteers need to arrive by 6:30p.m. for an 8:00 performance, 12:30p.m. for a matinee, and 5:30p.m. for Sunday evening performances.  It is imperative that you are on time.
   If you are running late, please call – I will need to switch people around to cover until you arrive.

2. There will be NO Volunteer Preview Performance on April 29th.

3. Make sure that your name is on the form you either mail or fax by April 19^th, 2008. Replies are date stamped so the first people to sign up for a particular performance are given preference.  Unless you hear from me, please plan to work the shows you’ve signed up for – we are counting on you to be there.

4. Remember the color scheme for your attire – black on black.

5. If you are a first time volunteer or have not attended the volunteer orientation please schedule this with Jodie McIntee by calling (310) 519-4117.

6. Please return the sign up form to me by April 19^th, either by mailing to me / faxing / or by going to www.closbcvolunteer.com .
