1) Concession volunteers work selling food and beverage during pre-show, which is 1 hour before the start of the show, and during the 20-30 minutes intermission.
2) Concession volunteers need to arrive at the theater 1 hour 30 minutes before show (6:30pm for an 8:00 pm show and 12:30pm for a 2:00 pm show and 5:30pm for a 7:00pm show). This will allow me to make sure that everyone is here and that we are not short handed.
3) At the end of pre-show, concession volunteers will need to straighten up the concession area and make sure that we are ready for intermission. After intermission you will need to do a general clean up of the area before you leave.
4) Concessions volunteers must be at least 21 years of age (due to alcohol sales).
